1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TaxiMiamiAirport.com ("Website") and the transportation services provided through this platform. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TaxiMiamiAirport.com is operated by FG Twelve LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Twelve Transfers, located at 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131.
2. Definitions
- "Booking" means a reservation for transportation services made through our Website, phone, or email.
- "Passenger" means any person traveling in our vehicles.
- "Driver" means the licensed operator assigned to fulfill your booking.
- "Journey" means the transportation service from pickup to drop-off location.
- "Quote" means the estimated price provided for a journey, valid for 24 hours from issuance.
3. Booking and Acceptance
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any booking without providing a reason. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number.
Quoted prices remain valid for 24 hours. Prices may vary based on vehicle type, distance, time of day, and any applicable surcharges (holidays, special events, etc.).
4. Cancellation Policy

5. Waiting Time
Standard Pickup Locations: 15 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
Airport Pickups (Domestic Flights): 30 minutes of free waiting time from flight landing.
Airport Pickups (International Flights): 60 minutes of free waiting time from flight landing to account for customs and immigration.
After the free waiting period, charges apply at $1.00 per minute plus any applicable parking fees.
6. No-Show Policy
If you do not appear at the pickup location within 30 minutes (60 minutes for airport/cruise port pickups) of the scheduled time without notifying us, the booking will be marked as a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the journey price.
7. Payment Terms
Online Bookings: Payment is required at the time of booking via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Cash Payments: Cash payment is available for bookings made by phone or email only. Please confirm cash payment preference when booking.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
8. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must comply with the following rules:
- No smoking or vaping in vehicles
- No consumption of alcohol in vehicles
- No abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times
- Children must use appropriate car seats (available upon request)
Drivers reserve the right to terminate a journey if passenger conduct poses a safety risk. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
9. Luggage and Personal Belongings
Standard luggage allowances vary by vehicle type. Please specify your luggage requirements when booking. Excess or oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost.
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence. Any claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of the journey.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed $150 USD, except where:
- A higher value was declared in writing at the time of booking and agreed by us
- The claim relates to death or personal injury caused by our negligence
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: traffic conditions, weather, accidents, road closures, or government actions.
11. Vehicle and Driver Standards
All vehicles in our fleet are:
- No older than 5 years
- Subject to monthly safety inspections
- Fully licensed and insured for commercial passenger transportation
- Equipped with GPS tracking and air conditioning
All drivers are professionally licensed, background-checked, and maintain valid commercial driving permits.
12. Flight Tracking
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be automatically adjusted at no additional charge. Please ensure you provide accurate flight information when booking.
13. Modifications to Bookings
Changes to pickup time, location, or destination may be made up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup, subject to availability. Changes may result in price adjustments. Please contact us to modify your booking.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
