How to Cancel
Online (account holders)
Log in → My Bookings → Select booking → Cancel
By phone
Call +1-561-209-5466 with your booking reference. The cancellation is recorded at the time we receive your call — not when you decided to cancel.
Refund Processing
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of confirmed cancellation and returned to the original payment method.
Confirmation Email
You'll receive email confirmation of your cancellation with the refund amount (if applicable).
Bank Processing
After we process the refund, your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when the passenger doesn't arrive at the pickup location within the complimentary waiting period, and the driver cannot reach them using the contact details provided.
No-Show Charge
50% of fare + any parking/waiting fees incurred by the driver
To avoid no-show charges:
- • Keep your phone on and accessible during pickup window
- • If running late, contact your driver directly using the number in your confirmation
- • If your plans change, call +1-561-209-5466 immediately
Booking Modifications
Need to change your pickup time, location, or vehicle? Contact us as early as possible.

Flight Cancellations
If your airline cancels your flight, we understand you need flexibility.

Waiting Time
Airport & Port Pickups
Complimentary wait time from calculated pickup time (actual landing + 30 min for airports)
Other Locations
Complimentary wait time from booked pickup time for hotels, homes, and other addresses
